Mens Pistol League

The Men's Pistol League was formed in the summer of 2005. Over the years, it has evolved into a group of men (women are also welcome) that meet Monday evenings mid-April through September. Shooting begins at 6:30pm on the main range, 25-yard benches.

Any type of cartridge handgun is acceptable - revolver or semi-auto with iron or optical sights. Two relays of 25 rounds are shot at bullseye targets. All shooting is off-hand. Any standard handgun cartridge is acceptable. The most common is .22LR target style semi-automatic.

Each shooter brings their own handgun, 50 rounds of ammo, hearing and eye protection. Scores are recorded, but there are no prizes. The informal competition enables one to compete with oneself.

Fee for each meet/match is $3.00 to cover target cost and help with range maintenance.
